In this session, you will hear from staff at Partners Resource Network about transition planning, how to get involved, community agencies and resources, and more! We are excited that you will join us for this presentation. It is open to ALL Austin ISD families with students accessing special education services. Spanish interpretation is available. Light breakfast will be provided!
