Health & Wellness

The World Health Organization (WHO) constitution states, "Health is a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity." Wellness involves adopting healthy habits to improve physical and mental health and thrive instead of surviving. Self-care strategies, such as maintaining healthy sleep, eating, and exercise habits, can help people feel healthier and more balanced. To promote the improvement of our community's physical, mental, and social well-being, we have compiled health and wellness resources that include various materials and services.
